Brain Food for School Success

Reading Time: 4 minutes

1 Fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, herring, anchovies, and trout.
Fishy tasting fish might not be your child’s first choice when it comes to seafood, but unfortunately, it is only the fatty fish that contain a chock-full of omega-3 fatty acids. In a nutshell, omega-3 fatty acids feed the brain and keep it healthy. Try using canned salmon to make a quick salmon quiche for dinner, but just remember to mash the bones!
