Supported by the City of Coquitlam and Inspired by the students of Dr. Charles Best GSA, Evergreen Cultural Centre is proud to be the host venue for Pride again this year, alongside more activities and vendors next door at the new Town Centre Park Community Centre.Â

Bring the whole family down for an unforgettable celebration of joy and diversity in the community. Join over 30 local vendors and businesses at the 2024 Coquitlam Pride Festival for free workshops, art activities, face painting, performances, and Coquitlam’s first Pride Parade. This special event is quickly growing into a new and colourful summertime tradition. Add a walk around the lake and a visit to the Art Gallery at Evergreen to turn your visit into a full day of family fun!Â
Pride Pirates and the Ship of Destiny | 7:30pm
To end this special day with a bang, we are excited to welcome families to our studio theatre at 7:30pm for an all-ages drag extravaganza! Grab your tickets for Pride Pirates and the Ship of Destiny for a hilarious and interactive adventure!
Featuring pirates, daring adventure, fantasy islands, and a cave of wonders, the brilliant minds behind What The Frock Productions are thrilled to be back at Evergreen to continue bringing Drag to Coquitlam in a family-friendly way.
This fabulous pantomime features stunning performances by local stars Phyllis Hull, Matthew Presidente, Dandy, Peter Packer, Honey Bee, Jordy and Jerriana. Arrr – and don’t forget to dress in your best costume to enter the costume contest!
Tickets to this special event are just $16 for students (including post-secondary), $39 for adults, and $35 for seniors. Group discounts are also available!
