Food shaped like a brain

3 Eggs.
Taking a hard-boiled egg to school is an egg-celent choice for brain health! The egg yolk is rich in choline, which is an important part of brain cells and memory development. Plus the yolk is a great source of vitamins A, D, E & B12, riboflavin, selenium, and folate. While the egg white provides a good source of high-quality protein. Here are three new ways to cook or eat eggs: try adding some soy sauce to cooked eggs because it’s delicious, or on top of your next home-made pizza, or lastly try making mini frittatas in a muffin tin so that they’re in easy to-go portions.
