Are you ready for winter? Like busy little elves, the team at the PNE has been working away to send you into winter with a bright holiday spirit. That’s why they’ve put together the PNE Winter Fair presented by BCAA.
Full of fun, magic, and festivity, this year’s PNE Winter Fair (2023) has more to offer than ever before. Here’s everything you won’t want to miss out on:
All aboard! The PNE Holiday Express is pulling into the station and everyone is invited. This train will be carrying you on a festive journey through the PNE site, whether you’re 2 or 92. Ride as many times as you like and fill your hearts with the holiday spirit we’ve all been waiting for. This train is free with admission.
This magical, dazzling show is just 30 minutes so you can get your Nutcracker fix and then get back to the fun! Included in the price of admission, this beautiful play is located in the cozy Pacific Coliseum where you can warm up after wandering through the light displays. The Nutcracker on Ice runs twice per evening.
Back by popular demand, this adorable, heartwarming kid’s show is also included in the price of admission. Running twice nightly, you can watch Skitter and his friends do everything they can to make Skitter’s Christmas wish come true.
You heard it right! Spin and laugh your way around the ice in the Agrodome. This event costs $7 and is not included with your admission.
Bring your skates or rent a pair for $7! Located in the Agrodome, the Tim Hortons Ice Rink has everything you need for a magical journey on skates.
This dazzling light show is free with admission! Located in the Agrodome, this show takes place every hour on the half.
Perfect for your little ones who want to meet Santa and love solving puzzles, this interactive journey takes you through a few different stations before you get to meet Santa himself. With the help of Santa’s elves, your kids will write a letter to Santa at the Post Office, leave a delicious reindeer treat in the barns for Santa’s reindeer to discover once they’re back from helping him deliver gifts, make a holiday ornament, and even take a spin at Toy Testing to make sure all the toys getting sent out work perfectly. This magical journey is one your children won’t soon forget.
These light displays are just as cute as you remember! Grab a hot chocolate (or some cider or mulled wine) and wander through the gingerbread village, snap a photo at the kissing swans, and soak in all the magic you can. These light displays are the perfect place to make holiday memories and are included with admission. Since this event is outside, bring an umbrella if it’s raining.
Once you’re finished all the amazing activities, you can hang out in the Winter Chalet listening to holiday favourites, grab something to eat at one of the amazing onsite vendors, or do a little holiday shopping in the market.
