Halloween is an exciting day for the whole family. We all get to dress up and of course to eat candies! Although it’s fun and exciting, it could also be a bit stressful for some parents.
As parents we always worry about which foods are best for our kids, how much junk should they eat, should we limit the food? Or should we just let them be kids and eat whatever they want? Well, as a mom of 3 young children and a professional. Food & Nutrition are my passion and as much as I wish It would always be a perfect scenario, it isn’t. And it’s important just to know that there’s no right nor wrong, the best way is to try and do what’s best for you and your family.
