| Seal-ebrity Status: Biscuits Takes The Spotlight! |
| Thanks to a viral TikTok by the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Society (VAMMR) reaching 20M+ views, Biscuits the seal has skyrocketed to fame as this season’s most popular pup! Biscuits has joined the “Knights of the Rotund Table” trend, alongside Moo Deng the pygmy hippo and Pesto the penguin. With her adorable upright sitting position, she has been capturing hearts around the world. Biscuits, now available for symbolic adoption, was the 61st seal pup rescued by VAMMR this summer and admitted to the centre after being found right here in Vancouver, separated from her mother. She is currently in a pre-release pool learning to compete for fish—an essential skill for her return to the wild! |
