PNE Fair

The PNE Fair is a beloved annual event held at Hastings Park in Vancouver. Here are some key highlights:

History: Established in 1910, the PNE has been a staple of Vancouver’s summer festivities for over a century³.

Dates: The fair typically runs for about two weeks from mid-August to Labour Day. In 2024, it will be held from August 17th to September 2nd.

Attractions: The fair features a wide range of attractions, including:

Rides: Thrilling rides at Playland, including the historic Wooden Roller Coaster, Breakdance, Bug Whirled and other favourites.

Shows and Performances: Daily shows, including the SuperDogs, Dueling Pianos, a Horse Show and various musical performances.

Exhibits: Agricultural displays, cooking demonstrations, and cultural exhibits.

Food: A variety of food stalls offering classic fair treats and international cuisine.

Summer Night Concerts: With 15 concerts over the run of the PNE Fair, there’s something for everyone!
