About
Arts Umbrella believes that nurturing a child’s innate creativity can change the world. From toddlers arriving for their first dance class to teens training in an architecture program before heading into the professional world, they believe that arts education not only trains artists but also nurtures the whole person – who will use their arts education as a foundation for life, no matter where their path takes them.
Programs for young people ages 2-22 in Art & Design, Dance, and Theatre, Music & Film. High-quality programs delivered across Metro Vancouver give young people a space to express themselves creatively and develop a life-long love of the arts. Classes and workshops take place in Vancouver and Surrey – including a large state-of-the-art education facility on Granville Island.
