Hi! I’m Agnes. I’m a Mama, Wife, RN, Certified Sleep Consultant, Lactation Counsellor, Certified Car Seat Technician, Prenatal Educator, and Certified Heart & Stroke Instructor dedicated to supporting your journey through motherhood.

As a Mama & an experienced Labour & Delivery RN, I believe it is time for a more holistic approach to caring for new mamas in our community. This crazy journey of motherhood is beautiful, yes, but it can also be lonely & overwhelming. My classes and postpartum support services are designed to empower and guide your growing family every step of the way.

We are not meant to do this Mama thing on our own. I am here to HELP!
