About
The Raffi Foundation Child Honouring Course is an interdisciplinary course with 10 modules of multi-media content including videos, interactive activities, distinguished guests, and Raffi’s insights and music. The course is self-paced and has no time limit to complete. You can access it at any time on any device.
Based on ‘A Covenant for Child Honouring’ by Raffi, the world-renowned musician, author, and champion of children’s rights. Child Honouring is a holistic philosophy involving a children-first approach to healing communities and restoring ecosystems. It views how we regard and treat our young as the key to building a humane and sustainable world — organizing society around the priority needs of its youngest members.
You will receive the 10 multi-media modules, as well as:
- A robust list of resources provided for each module
- A companion workbook to guide you, help you remember, and apply what you’ve learned
- Suggestions of how to use the Covenant for Honouring Children in the classroom and the community
- A certificate of completion from the Raffi Foundation for 18 hours of online professional development
As a special thank you! All those taking the course will receive a free download of a digital copy of Raffi’s unique new album, Motivational Songs. This 22 song album – aimed at educators, beluga grads, parents, and policymakers – is a companion piece to the online course.
